1. Introduction
Gautam Creapple is a graphics design company specializing in logo creation, branding, social media graphics, website design, and other creative solutions. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Offered
We offer a variety of graphics design services, including but not limited to:
- Logo Design
- Social Media Graphics
- Print Media (brochures, flyers, banners)
- Website UI/UX Design
- Custom Illustrations
- Packaging Design
3. Project Process
3.1. Initial Consultation
We provide a free consultation to understand your design requirements, objectives, and vision.
3.2. Proposal and Approval
Once the scope of work is defined, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the deliverables, timeline, and pricing. We will start when you approve and receive any upfront payment as agreed.
3.3. Revisions Policy
Our packages include a specific number of revisions, as stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
4. Pricing and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work.
Full payment must be made upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files transfers to you.
Gautam Creapple retains the right to use the designs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Third-Party Assets
We may use licensed stock images, fonts, or other assets in your design. Ownership of these assets remains with the original licensor.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information, including design preferences, brand guidelines, and required content.
- Respond promptly to communications to avoid project delays.
- Ensure timely approval of drafts and deliverables.
7. Deadlines and Delivery
- Estimated timelines will be shared during the proposal stage. Delays caused by client feedback or incomplete information may extend the timeline.
- Final deliverables will be provided in commonly used formats (e.g., .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, or .AI).
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All shared materials, such as proprietary content or sensitive business information, will be handled securely.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gautam Creapple is not liable for:
- Losses due to the misuse or alteration of designs after delivery.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, force majeure).
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Projects canceled after commencement will not be eligible for refunds on the deposit.
- Refunds for unused services are at the discretion of Gautam Creapple.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India. Any disputes will be resolved according to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai.
